Rosé des Balmes Côtes du Rhône 2024 Strawberries, raspberries, cherries — a pure, juicy nose. Full and rich on the palate, yet fresh, with a spicy twist of blood orange on the finish. Les Balmes IGP Vaucluse 2024 Herbal, with mint and sage over a mineral backbone. Fresh and light, with a crisp green apple character. Doré des Bernardines IGP 2024 (Muscat) Subtle notes of linden blossom, elderflower, and peach. Very dry and taut on the palate, with a delicate bitterness on the finish.
